Shannan Brown, MBA, serves as the People and Culture Director at Cermaq Canada since January 2014, focusing on enhancing people practices to foster an engaging organizational culture. Previously, Shannan held the role of Human Resources Manager, emphasizing exceptional performance through people and production synergy. As an Executive Coach and Consultant from March 2007 to June 2014 with Coach Shannan Consulting Services, Shannan empowered leaders and entrepreneurs to effect positive change. Shannan contributed as a Fellow for the East Africa Business Catalyst Fellowship through Royal Roads University, working on sustainable poverty solutions in rural Tanzania. In addition to prior leadership roles with the Campbell River Community Foundation and Coastal Community Credit Union, Shannan began their career as a hostess at the Canada Pavilion during the 1988 World Expo. Shannan's educational background includes an MBA with a specialization in Consulting from Royal Roads University and additional certifications in life coaching and adult education.
