James R (Rusty) Snipes is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Leader at Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, James held positions including Senior Commodity Manager and Senior Supplier Manager at Energy Transfer from December 2021 to December 2022, and Senior Commodity Manager at Enable Midstream Partners from April 2014 to December 2021. Earlier in James's career, extensive quality management experience was gained at Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T/Lucent Technologies, and Western Electric, focusing on developing quality systems for telecommunications products.
