Sameen Keramat, M.Ed, currently serves as the Training and Development Manager at Birch Gold Group since May 2023, while also leading instructional design at Keramat Consulting since January 2019. With extensive experience in training and development roles at various organizations, including Jacuzzi Group Worldwide and Jollibee Foods Corporation, Sameen specializes in instructional integrity, course evaluation, and the implementation of new technologies in learning. Sameen's background includes an internship at the University of Southern California, where skills in cognitive task analysis and curriculum development were honed. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Towson University.
