Felix Fink has held various positions across multiple companies since 2014. Felix began their career at ATESTEO GmbH as an Internship in 2014, then moved to Utimaco GmbH as a Quality Agent in 2015. In 2017, they held an Internship at Daimler AG and became the CEO of Crowdcoding IT Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt). In 2018, they completed an Internship at TARGUS Management Consulting and is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of RIIICO since 2020.

Felix Fink completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2014 to 2018. Felix then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at the same university, graduating in 2021. In 2020, they attended the Graduate Programm in Industrial Management at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Felix is currently an Alumnus of the Skydeck Fall 2021 Cohort at the University of California, Berkeley.
