Noelle Kohles MSN, RN, CPN, CLNC is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in leadership and clinical operations. Currently serving as a Workforce Strategic Advisor and Senior Director of Business Development at RightSourcing, Inc. since May 2023, Noelle also holds memberships in the International Society of Female Professionals and the UMass Dartmouth Nursing Advisory Council. Previous roles include Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Operations Officer at Greater New Bedford Community Health Center and Clinical Nursing Director at The Floating Hospital. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, Noelle specializes in coaching nursing leaders to improve retention of new graduate nurses and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, Noelle is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant and has held various nursing positions, including Nurse Manager and Registered Nurse.
