Senior Account Executive at Rightpoint

Trenholm Ninestein has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Trenholm is currently working as the Sr. Director of Product and Digital Health Lead at Rightpoint since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Product and Digital Health Lead at Rightpoint from March 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining Rightpoint, Trenholm founded a boutique consulting firm called simar.io in March 2014, where they delivered simple and innovative solutions to complex problems. Trenholm was also involved in the founding of The mmj.org Initiative in May 2018, where they worked on advancing the science related to medical marijuana and connecting patients and stakeholders with evidence-based resources.

Trenholm has held various positions at different companies in the past. Trenholm worked as the VP of Product at ioVita from May 2018 to March 2020 and as the Director of Product at IntelyCare from June 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Virgin Pulse from September 2014 to May 2017, where they led the design and development effort for an employee wellness and engagement platform.

Trenholm's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Product Manager-Mobile at Pearson North America from October 2012 to September 2014, a Program Manager-Educational Technology Group at Harvard Business School from November 2008 to October 2012, and an Assistant Director of Information Technology, Operations Manager at the University of South Carolina from April 2004 to April 2008.

Before entering the tech industry, Trenholm worked as a Disc-Jockey at Clear Channel Radio from May 1999 to February 2002. Overall, Trenholm's work experience showcases their expertise in product management, digital health, and consulting.

Trenholm Ninestein holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. This degree was earned from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Trenholm completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the same institution, from 2002 to 2005. Earlier on, Trenholm also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of South Carolina between 1995 and 1999.

Additionally, Trenholm has obtained several certifications. These include: Cultural Competency & Humility V1.1, Diversity, Inclusion, Sensitivity & Racism V3.3, Microaggressions in the Workplace V2, and Unconscious Bias V3.1, all obtained from Traliant in June 2022. Trenholm also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2013, as well as a Certified Scrum Master certification earned in July 2011. Two other certifications, Boston Product Membership from Boston Product and Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level II (PMC-II) from Pragmatic Marketing, do not have specific dates associated with their acquisition.
