Derek Kritzberg has a diverse background in education and sports officiating. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher in Richland School District 400 since March 2015, Derek also holds positions with the United States Soccer Federation as a Grade 7 Referee, Referee Instructor, and Referee Assessor since 1995. Additionally, Derek coached children at Skyhawks Sports Academy from March to September 2015 and has experience in security roles with Securitas Security Services and Central Washington Investigations. Educational qualifications include a Master in Teaching from Heritage University (2015-2017), a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English from Washington State University Tri-Cities (2010-2012), and an Associate of Arts from Columbia Basin College (2003-2005).
