Joe Donovan is a Founding Partner at Donovan Group, LLC, a communications firm specializing in education. Joe is also the Founder of ProPRCopy, an online service offering professionally written content. Previously, Joe was a Partner and Vice President at School Perceptions LLC, a Communications Officer at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and held various roles at the Office of U.S. Senator Herb Kohl. Joe holds an MA in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
