Sherry Theroux CPHR has over two decades of experience in human resources and compensation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Richardson International since July 2016. Previously, Sherry held various positions at Cargill from November 1996 to July 2016, including Human Resources Client Manager and Human Resource Generalist. Sherry's educational background includes a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Red River College, along with studies at UWinnipeg PACE from 2002 to 2008.
