John Kelly currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Suir Engineering, a position held since April 2023. Prior roles include Managing Director and Group Commercial Director at NG Bailey from April 2021 to April 2023, and Group Commercial Director at Imtech, one of the UK's largest independent MEP Engineering & Technical Services Providers, from February 2015 to February 2021. John also held the role of Group Commercial Director at Mercury Engineering, a major MEP contractor, from March 2012 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes positions as Commercial Leader at Laing O'Rourke and Commercial Manager at both Carillion and Tarmac. John began their career as a Quantity Surveyor at Taylor Wimpey. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire and a BTech in Building Construction Technology from Hugh Baird University Centre.
