Dustin DesRoches has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dustin currently holds the position of VP of Sales - Verizon Team at Ribbon Communications since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Director of Sales - Verizon Team at Ribbon Communications from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining Ribbon Communications, Dustin worked at Infoblox from 2017 to 2022, where they served as Global Account Director - Verizon. In this role, they collaborated with U.S. service providers to develop network security, infrastructure, and automation strategies for various networks, including on-prem, cloud, hybrid-cloud, and both 4G and 5G networks.

From 2015 to 2017, Dustin worked at Affirmed Networks as the Eastern US Region Sales Director. Dustin was responsible for managing key accounts, including MNO's, MVNO's, MVNE's, Hub/Roaming providers, Wifi providers, and wireline providers, and developing account strategies for VNF solutions.

Prior to that, Dustin held a position at Cisco Systems from 2010 to 2015 as an Account Manager - Mobility Internet Technology Group. Dustin played a crucial role in promoting CDMA/LTE/EPC and ePDG solutions within the Verizon Wireless account, including packet core and management solutions.

Earlier in their career, Dustin worked at Tellabs Inc. as the Director of Sales from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they served as an Executive Account Manager at Tellabs Operations Inc. from 1999 to 2008, where they led the Verizon Wireless Account Team and played a vital role in developing the sales strategy and communicating with executive management.

Dustin's prior experience includes roles at Dade Behring as a Sales Account Manager, CHIRON DIAGNOSTICS as a Field Service Engineer, BIO-RAD LABORATORIES as a Technical Support Representative, and MobileComm as a Sales Accounts Manager.

Dustin DesRoches pursued a Master's degree in Bioengineering from Hofstra University between 1986 and 1991. Later on, they attended NYU Stern School of Business from 2000 to 2003, where they completed an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
