Maciej Gniady has a diverse range of work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Basketball Coach for Gloucester Saxsons, where they organized and planned training sessions for a group of highly skilled u16s basketball players. Maciej focused on progressing the difficulty of drills and exercises while ensuring the sessions were enjoyable.

From 2019 to 2019, Maciej worked as a Retail Shop Assistant at Friend's Dad Shop. Maciej'sresponsibilities included offering assistance to customers, receiving and arranging new shipments, and organizing goods on display shelves.

Starting in 2021, Maciej worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Omnitrack Ltd. Maciej successfully planned and executed multiple projects, including negotiating with suppliers, managing the flow of goods, and coordinating the packing and shipping of products.

In 2023, Maciej took on the role of Fundraiser at Family First Professionals. During this time, they were responsible for fundraising activities within the organization.

Currently, Maciej is working as a Field Sales Executive at YouFibre, a position they started in 2023.

Maciej Gniady attended South Gloucestershire and Stroud College from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a BTECH level 3 degree in Sports and Exercise. In addition to their college education, they received additional certifications in basketball. In June 2017, they completed the Level 1 Basketball Coach certification from Basketball England. A year later, in June 2018, they obtained the level 1 basketball referee certification from the same institution.
