Patrick Thean currently serves as CEO of Rhythm Systems, Inc., providing coaching and online tools to help mid-market growth companies execute their strategies confidently. As Head Coach at LeadLine, LLC, Patrick focuses on helping CEOs achieve successful exits through the implementation of systems and performance metrics. A charter member of the Charlotte Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Patrick has also contributed as Program Chair for the EO Taipan Conference Asia and Co-Chair for the EO Entrepreneurial Masters Program. Previously, Patrick co-founded and led MindBlazer, Inc. as CEO, and held executive roles at Optum and Metasys, Inc. Patrick holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
