Jonathan Walters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Consulting and Strategy + Execution Consultant at Rhythm Systems since August 2019, Jonathan also operates as a Business Advisor and Owner at Liv Home Pros since November 2016. Previously, Jonathan co-founded and partnered at Mission Health + Home from April 2008 to December 2023, and held the position of Vice President of Leadership Development & Coaching at Team @ Work, LLC from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Jonathan served as Managing Consultant and Business Unit Director at Monroe Speech Designs from 2013 to 2018, and worked for Monroe Wheelchair from 1994 to 2017, where roles included Executive Vice President, Director of Sales, and Complex Rehab Technology Sales. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Clarks Summit University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from NSBI.
