Carson Butterfield has been working in the software engineering industry since 2017. Carson began their career as a Front End Developer at Coconutmoon before taking on the role of Software Engineer at Viking Sasquatch, LLC in 2021. In 2020, they were a Classroom Instructor and Instructor Associate at General Assembly. Currently, they are a Full-stack Developer at Rhombus Power Inc.

Carson Butterfield attended General Assembly in 2019, where they completed a Software Engineering Immersive program in the field of Computer Software Engineering.
