Emanuelly Alves has extensive experience in human resources and administrative management, currently serving as a Recrutadora e Gestora de RH at RHF Talentos since March 2018, where a passion for people management drives efforts to support small and medium enterprises through proper recruitment and team development. In addition, Emanuelly founded a personal curriculum platform in May 2021 to streamline recruitment processes and connect talent with job opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as Diretora Adm at JR B Logística from 2005 to July 2019, overseeing the administrative management of a transportation company specializing in various liquid food products, as well as a brief internship at INSS from 1999 to 2000. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas from UNICAP, two postgraduate degrees in Gestão de Pessoas and Gestão de Segurança de Alimentos, and ongoing study in Liderança Inovadora at UniCesumar. Emanuelly also possesses fluency in English, with business-specific training from LSC Toronto.
