James Watts has experience working in tournament operations for various companies, including as a freelance tournament operations specialist before transitioning to an Esport Operations Manager role for BLAST. Prior to their freelance work, James was involved in claims investigation and manufacturing operations. Currently, James serves as a Tournament Operations Assistant for BLAST's flagship product BLAST Premier.
