Norma Cadena has a diverse work experience in human resources. Norma started working as the Director of Human Resources at Publishers' Graphics from February 2014 to October 2015. After that, they joined Berry Plastics Corporation as a Human Resources professional from November 2015 to September 2017. Presently, they are working as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at REX Engineering Group, where they oversee HR management for several engineering consulting firms across the US.

Norma Cadena received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Aurora University. Norma attended the university from 2000 to 2003.
