Sylwia Nalepka has work experience as a QA Analyst at Reward since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kinsetsu as a Customer Experience & QA Associate from May 2022 to July 2022 and as a Software Experience Associate from May 2021 to May 2022. Sylwia also served as an Information Technology Intern at IceMos Technology Corporation from July 2019 to July 2020, where they handled server and backup checks, performed admin tasks, and worked on various projects using SQL, Excel, Access, and Visual Basic.

Sylwia Nalepka completed their A-Level's and GCSE's at Mount Lourdes Grammar School. Sylwia then went on to study Business Information Technology at Queen's University Belfast from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Agile leadership and Management from The Open University in March 2023, as well as a certification in ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2023.
