Yngrid Gonzalez is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Performance - People Partner at Revolut since July 2021. Yngrid has successfully led teams in global recruitment for finance, legal, business, and HR, consistently exceeding quotas and implementing effective team structures. Previous roles include Senior People Partner and Senior Recruiter for Crypto and Product, where Yngrid developed hiring strategies and presented recruitment updates directly to the CEO. Prior to Revolut, Yngrid held positions at HelloFresh, LVMH, Jimmy Choo, and L'Oréal, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding performance goals, building recruitment processes, and enhancing candidate experiences. Yngrid holds a Master’s degree in Neuromarketing and Consumer Behaviour from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Coventry University.
