Shawn Johnson is an experienced professional with a robust background in recruitment, training, and leadership development, particularly within JPMorgan Chase & Co. Since July 2021, Shawn has held the position of VP, Specialty Recruiter, following a distinguished tenure at the same company from December 1996 to December 2019 in various leadership roles, including VP, Sr. Training Delivery Manager and VP, Leadership Development & Sales Facilitator. Shawn's expertise encompasses managing global training teams, fostering relationships to identify training needs, and delivering high-level leadership programs. Prior military service includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from September 1989 to July 1993. Currently, Shawn is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global, expected to complete in 2024.
