Dr. Lekshmipriya J possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the healthcare and business sectors. Currently serving in the role of Quality Assurance Quality Control at HelioNext India since April 2024, Dr. Lekshmipriya also holds positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Team Lead at Guidehouse since June 2014, along with a tenure as Team Leader cum Quality Analyst at Navigant BPM (India) Pvt. Ltd. starting September 2007. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Medical Coder at RevenueMed. Dr. Lekshmipriya has a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management and Services from Shri JJT University, completed between 2016 and 2020, an MBA in the same field from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering.
