Brad Hammond has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they started working at Megapixel Ideas as a Principle and stayed there until 2016. In 2015, they joined Blue Flame Thinking as a Digital Projects Consultant until 2017. From 2016 to 2017, they co-founded Artically. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Strategy Consultant (Interim) at BIT Studios before transitioning to City Innovation Labs, where they held the positions of Digital Innovation Strategy Consultant and Managing Partner & COO. During their time at City Innovation Labs, they also co-founded the Ask An Innovator Podcast and contributed to the funded startup RallyAll, Inc. as a Partner & Digital Strategy Director. In 2020, Brad founded their own company, Revenue Rhino, and became the Founder & CEO. Additionally, they started hosting The LifeLong Customer Podcast in the same year.

In 2014, Brad Hammond attended coLearning Professional Education and studied Mobile Application Development. Brad did not obtain a degree from this institution. Brad also received a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2017.
