Rose Haid has over eight years of experience in educational and ministry settings. Currently serving as the NextGen Ministry Assistant and Assistant to Pastor Terry Parkman at River Valley Church since April 2015, Rose plays a key role in supporting youth programs. Prior to this, Rose worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Hidden Oaks Middle School from August 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included providing classroom support, assisting with state testing, implementing disciplinary measures, and fostering student organizational skills. Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology Human Services from Liberty University in 2012.
