Shawn Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shawn began their career at Pinellas County Schools as a Pinellas County Avid Tutor, where they demonstrated leadership and communication skills by facilitating group discussions and collaborating with teachers. Shawn then joined Information Systems & Networks Corporation as a USDA SNAP Reviewer, responsible for collecting and verifying information on businesses' eligibility for the USDA SNAP Program.

Shawn worked as an Administrative Assistant at Cavalier Construction Inc., where they managed multiple contracts, performed bookkeeping tasks, and maintained project-related data. Shawn then transitioned to Amazon as a Sortation Associate for a brief period.

Currently, Shawn is working at Revenue Management Solutions, where they have taken on progressively more responsible roles. Shawn started as a Business Analyst, analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Shawn then advanced to the position of Senior Business Analyst, where they took on additional responsibilities. Currently, they hold the position of Business Systems Manager, where they oversee systems and processes to support the company's operations.

Shawn Murphy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics & Information Systems from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Shawn also acquired certifications in areas such as cybersecurity from ReliaQuest Cybersecurity Labs in March 2019 and business skills and workplace practices from Sandler Training in June 2018.
