Jeff Ernst is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing expert with extensive experience in customer-led growth strategies. As the Founder and CEO of SlapFive, Jeff has developed a pioneering Customer Marketing Software platform that facilitates B2B firms in engaging customers throughout their lifecycle. In addition, Jeff founded the CustomerX Community and the CustomerXCon conference, which focus on enhancing customer marketing practices. Previous roles include advisory positions at Revenue Accelerators and a Researcher at the Buyer Persona Institute. Jeff's background also encompasses significant leadership positions at Forrester Research, TalentReef, Kadient, and FatWire Software, where contributions ranged from building customer marketing functions to establishing innovative software solutions.
