Katie Kilby is the Founder and President of Reveille Grounds, a position held since August 2021. Additionally, Kilby serves as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor for Mental Health First Aid® Maryland and has been providing training and certification services since April 2021. Previous roles include Program Manager for Greater Baltimore at EveryMind., where Kilby coordinated support for veterans and their families, and Senior City Impact Manager at The Mission Continues, focusing on community engagement for veterans. Kilby also held positions at Wounded Warrior Project, St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, Patterson Park Public Charter School, and served as a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Kilby completed an Executive Program in Social Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023 and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, and Sociology from Elon University.
