Irene van de Hoef is an Adviseur at Andersson Elffers Felix since September 2023, focusing on building quantitative analysis tools, conducting political research, and facilitating processes for governmental and organizational strategic innovations. Previously, Irene served as a Projectassistent at JINC, supporting initiatives to provide children aged 8 to 16 with career opportunities. Irene's experience includes a role as a Projectmedewerker onderwijsinnovatie at Universiteit Utrecht, contributing to challenge-based learning projects, and serving as a studentassessor on the faculty board at University College Utrecht, where representation and collaboration were key responsibilities. Additionally, Irene held the position of Vicevoorzitter in the UC Student Council and worked as an Acquisition Officer for UCSA, engaging in fundraising activities. Irene's academic background includes a Master's in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and an Erasmus exchange at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from University College Utrecht.
