Stephen Zafros has extensive work experience as an animator, primarily working at Retro Studios and High Voltage Software. Stephen started their career in 2000 at High Voltage Software, where they worked as an animator until 2002. In 2002, Stephen joined Retro Studios, initially working as an Animator before being promoted to Senior Animator in November 2010. Stephen is currently still employed at Retro Studios in this senior role.

Stephen Zafros obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Animation from Ringling College of Art and Design. Stephen attended this institution from 1996 to 2000.
