Lisa Melella has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Lisa is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at ReTech Labs, Inc., a position they started in June 2022. Their responsibilities as an e-Business Implementations Coordinator included implementing clients from paper billing to electronic formats, corresponding with the head attorney, and providing training to administrators. Lisa began their career at IBM as a Co-op Software Engineer in October 2004, where they worked on security analysis and performance testing of face recognition software and collected over 10,000 images for data analysis.
Lisa Melella completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Internet Business Systems at Mercy College from 2007 to 2009.
