Matt Carroll's work experience begins in 2005 as a Guest Service Representative at Marriott Hotels, where they provided excellent customer service and addressed guest inquiries and requests. In 2010, they served as an Inside Sales Representative at ETourandTravel, Inc., achieving recognition as the Top Grossing Sales Representative in 2011.

From 2012 to 2015, Matt took on multiple roles at SoftRock, including Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Inside Sales Professional. As Sales Manager, they developed, motivated, and trained call center agents, establishing sales guidelines and compensation plans. As Sales Director, Matt successfully managed a large team of sales representatives, collaborated with senior staff, and increased company revenue. Furthermore, as an Inside Sales Professional, they consistently exceeded benchmarks and revenue goals while assisting callers with career opportunities.

In 2015, Matt moved on to State Farm as an Account Manager, where they developed leads, identified customer needs, and marketed appropriate insurance products and services. Matt established customer relationships and employed a customer-focused approach to educate customers about their options.

In 2016, Matt joined 1-800Accountant as an Inside Sales Manager, responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a B2B sales team. Matt actively participated in sales strategy development to enhance productivity and revenue growth.

From 2017 to 2019, Matt served as an Inside Sales Manager/Outside Sales representative at Mellick Construction. Matt played a key role in building and managing an inside sales center, recruiting and training inside sales agents, and overseeing Salesforce CRM processes and development.

Currently, Matt works at Resy as a Sales Development Manager, a position they assumed in October 2019.

Matt Carroll attended Riverside Military Academy from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Military Training, ROTC, and Leadership. After completing their high school education, Matt Carroll pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Florida Gulf Coast University.
