As the Owner and National Manager of Fuller Worldwide Resource Group since 1996, Norman established the company as a source for American and Canadian clothing manufacturers to connect with high-quality tailored clothing factories. Previously, Norman held the position of Regional Manager at Business Talk 360 from 2003 to 2004 and served as Senior Vice President at Dae Woo North America in the Segye Section from 1979 to 1996, where efforts centered on tailoring apparel and outerwear for major global brands and retailers.
