Currently serving as Director of Workforce Management at ResultsCX since October 2021, Imran previously held senior roles at Sutherland, Alectys, Sitel, Tech Mahindra Business Services, and Intelenet Global Services. Expertise includes end-to-end workforce management, forecasting, capacity planning, and process optimization, with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects. Imran holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University.
