Kathryn Barnicle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kathryn currently works as the Managing Director at Oveana since January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Business Integration and Operational Excellence Consultant at Oveana from August 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Oveana, Kathryn worked at BPK Management as an Organizational Design and Project Management Consultant for a brief period in 2018.

From 2010 to 2018, Kathryn held multiple roles at Excentus Corporation, a loyalty marketing company. Kathryn served as the VP of Program Operations from June 2016 to April 2018 and was responsible for managing a team and customer service operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Program Operations from September 2011 to June 2016, overseeing technical help desk support and operational excellence. Kathryn also worked as a Program Manager from September 2010 to September 2011, handling fuel cross marketing programs and sales development.

From 2008 to 2010, Kathryn worked as the Director of Operations and Retail Deployment at Override Marketing Services, where they focused on partner relationships and program strategy.

Prior to Override, Kathryn worked at Irving Oil Corporation from 2003 to 2008. Kathryn held the position of HR Business Partner and Innovation and New Business Development Director, where they developed and implemented an innovation architecture for sustainable growth.

Kathryn's earlier work experience includes a role as an Employee Relations Specialist at NCPHS, a non-profit organization, from 2001 to 2002, and as a Human Resources and Operations Manager at In-Vision Communications from 1998 to 2001.

Kathryn Barnicle holds a BA degree in Journalism and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
