Pierre Jean Chauchard is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Responsable de restaurant at RESTORIA since April 2019. Prior to this role, Pierre held the position of Chef Gérant at SOGERES from May 2018 to April 2019. Between January 2012 and April 2018, Pierre was Responsable de Cuisine at Hotel Mercure Angers.
