Rich Hilmanowski brings extensive experience in the real estate and restoration industries. Currently a Realtor at Edina Realty since January 2017, Rich also owns Hillman Services LLC, which specializes in disaster restoration services, professional floor care, and custom cabinetry sales and installation, a role held since April 2015. Rich has served as an Estimator for Restoration Professionals since 2005 and previously worked as a Restoration Technician at Servicemaster from June 2002 to June 2005. Additionally, Rich owned and operated CleanTech, a floor care company, from January 1986 to June 2005. Rich completed education at Highland Park Senior High.
