Monica Elliott, LCSW, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Clinical Training at Spring Health since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role in Training at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from April 2015 to May 2022 and as Director at Housing Options Made Easy H.O.M.E. between September 2013 and April 2015. Monica also held the position of Clinical Manager at Beacon Therapeutic from January 2009 to September 2013 and worked as a Social Worker at South Central Community Services, Inc. from July 2006 to December 2008, as well as at Misericordia in 2005-2006. Monica's foundational experience began as a School Social Work Intern at Wilmette Public Schools from 2004 to 2005. Academically, Monica obtained a Master's in Social Work with a focus on Children and Families from Loyola University Chicago and a BBA in Diversified Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
