Yana Hadzhiyska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Yana currently works as a Technical Product Manager at Resolve Systems since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Experian as a Product Owner, CSPO - Insights from 2021 to 2022, where they managed the product backlog for a cloud-based solution and collaborated with various stakeholders. Before that, they served as a Product Manager - Mobile banking at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria from 2020 to 2021, where they prioritized the product backlog and communicated release versions and features. Yana also worked at ISI Emerging Markets Group as a Product Development Manager - API & Integrations from 2014 to 2020, where they had ownership of the product backlog and collaborated with development and sales teams. Yana started their career as a DBA at Adastra in 2013 and later worked as a Software Developer at BAS from 2011 to 2013.

Yana Hadzhiyska completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at the High School of Mathematics - Varna from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Informatics with a focus on Information Technology at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2008 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Yana has obtained several certifications. Yana received a certification in Human Resource Management and Leadership from EBC*L International in May 2021.
