Nicole Hermoso has held a variety of roles across multiple companies. Nicole began their career in 2014 as an Experienced Quality Control & Researcher at Agile Data Solutions, Inc. In the same year, they also worked as a Website Developer for American Legion Post 5, where they researched the organization and interviewed clients to develop a fully functional website in four months. In 2016, they joined Submittable, where they held the roles of Senior Product Manager, Product Manager II, Product Manager, Software Engineer, Marketing Developer and Growth Hacker, and Summer Fellow.

Nicole Hermoso obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematical Science Computer Science from the University of Montana between 2011 and 2016. In November 2019, they obtained a Product Management Certificate from the Product School.
