Anthony Cruz has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Anthony is currently the Senior Vice President Operations at Resolute Road Hospitality, where they aim to transform hotel management and maximize performance. Prior to this, they worked at Hawkeye Hotels, starting as a General Manager and progressing to roles such as Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Anthony has also held management positions at Buffalo Wild Wings, Sprecher's Restaurant and Pub, Ellis Island Casino & Brewery/Village Pubs, The Siegel Group, Global Vision Hotels, WHG Companies, and IDM Hospitality Management.

Anthony Cruz completed a Foundational Leadership Course at the Stagen Leadership Academy in 2020. In the same year, they also completed a course on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at the EOS Institute for Professional Development Private Limited. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to the hospitality industry, such as Introduction to Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Connect U Operational Excellence, ServSafe Certification, and more, between 2009 and 2018.
