Aleisha Smith is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in real estate and sustainability. Currently serving as Project Manager at HVS since December 2021, Aleisha previously held the position of Regional Real Estate Analyst at Holland Partner Group from 2017 to 2020. Experience includes roles as a Green Builder at JRA Green Building, Sustainability Consultant during self-employment, and Project Coordinator at Green Building Services, where coordination of LEED certification assessments was a key focus. Additionally, Aleisha worked as Regional Operations Coordinator at the U.S. Green Building Council, managing office procedures and workshops. Aleisha holds a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & Construction Project Management from Portland State University.
