Janan Crowe has over 28 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Janan began their career in 1992 as a Project/Reimbursement Manager at Sava Senior Care, where they reduced the overall workload by 50% and saved the company more than $100,000 in consulting fees. In 2006, they moved to Avante Group Inc. as the Director of Reimbursement, where they supervised a staff of eight analysts and three regional managers, reduced the aging by 37.5%, and prepared 19 Medicare and 9 Medicaid cost reports. In 2009, they joined GRACE HEALTHCARE as the Director of Reimbursement, where they were responsible for preparing 69 TN Medicaid Cost Reports and 40 Medicare Cost Reports, and increased revenues by several hundred thousand dollars. In 2017, they joined JM Consulting as an Accountant & Premium Auditor, where they audited Workers Compensation & General Liability, prepared Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports, and helped with third party audits. In 2019, they joined Senior Living Support Services as a Staff Accountant. Most recently, in 2020, they became the President & CEO and Chief Financial Officer of ResiliEnt Business Solutions.

Janan Crowe obtained an MBA in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, as well as a BS in Accounting from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Accounting Foundations: Bookkeeping in November 2017, and QuickBooks Pro 2017 Essential Training in November 2017.
