Todd Pittman has extensive experience in the philanthropic sector. Todd began their career in 1994 as Chief Development Officer at NeighborWorks America, where they planned and executed an $18MM annual development budget. In 2012, they became National Director of Corporate + Foundation Relations at Welcoming America, where they conceptualized, wrote, and implemented strategic plans and best practices to build a donor network. In 2014, they were appointed Director of International Development at the Aga Khan Foundation USA, where they shaped the organization's strategy and roadmap as a member of the senior management team. In 2016, they became Managing Partner of Corporate Strategies at Collaborative Partnership Strategies, where they championed best practices to redesign processes and steward organizational development. In 2019, they became Director of Member Experience + Executive Director of the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers, managing the organization's Development & Communications work. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Head of Enterprise | Customer Success at Resilia, a SaaS tech company, leading the Customer Success Team in driving program adoption & engagement, helping grantees build capacity, refining the grantee experience, and measuring grantee satisfaction.
Todd Pittman has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Syracuse University and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Luther Rice College & Seminary. Todd also holds certifications from the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility as a Certified Corporate Social Responsibility Professional, the Delta Epsilon Tau Honor Society, and the Council on Foundations for Leadership Development and Career Pathways.
