Kersten Jõgi

Customer Insights Manager at Elisa Eesti

Kersten Jõgi started their work experience in 2000 as a Member of the Management Board at Workingday Eesti OÜ. From October 2001 to August 2002, they worked as a Project Manager at Insights by Kantar. They then became a Senior Researcher at the same company from September 2002 to February 2014. Additionally, they held the role of Research Expert/Account Manager at Insights by Kantar from February 2014 to February 2023, where they consulted clients in customer behavior, branding, and retail. In December 2022, Kersten Jõgi joined Elisa Eesti AS as a Customer Insights Manager.

Kersten Jõgi has a diverse education history. In 1998, they began their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, which they completed in 2001. Following that, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Diploma in Psychology of Communication and Interaction skills at Tallinn University, focusing on the field of Psychology of Communication and Interaction.

In 2011, Kersten Jõgi attended the University of Tartu, where they earned their Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Kersten successfully completed their studies in 2013.

Kersten Jõgi has also obtained additional certifications to further develop their expertise. In May 2020, they received a certification in User Experience (UX), prototyping, and usability testing from UX Estonia. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Service design in the public sector, awarded by TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, in April 2021. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying updated and improving their skills in the relevant industry.
