Raja Ram is an experienced maintenance and project engineer with a strong background in hotel operations and renovation management. Currently at The Residency Hotels since February 2019, Raja holds dual roles as a Maintenance Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on MEP systems and interior execution for staff facilities and kitchens. Previous roles have included Junior Engineer - Maintenance at Classic Sarovar Portico, where Raja led the maintenance department, and Project Coordinator at The Residency Hotels, managing significant projects such as kitchen installations and renovations across various properties. Additionally, experience as MEP Coordinator at The St. Regis Maldives involved collaboration with operational teams to finalize snag lists. Raja Ram's educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Electronics from P.S.G College of Arts and Science and evening courses in Basic Refrigeration and Maintenance and Basic Electrical Repair and Maintenance from Government Industrial Training Institute in Coimbatore.
