What we're looking for in a Leasing Manager

Your Role:

  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the essence of Reside Living, serving as the face of the brand and creating a welcoming atmosphere for future residents.
  • Leasing Excellence: Drive occupancy through innovative leasing strategies, maintaining consistent levels and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Savvy: Keep a pulse on local market trends and collaborate closely with the Property Manager to enhance marketing and resident satisfaction efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding your leasing team, setting the bar for excellence in the property.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM.
  • Enjoy off days on Sundays and Mondays.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Forge lasting relationships with prospective and current residents, offering bespoke leasing solutions and services.
  • Expertly manage leasing processes, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
  • Cultivate a professional and inviting atmosphere across all Reside Living properties, elevating the resident experience.
  • Actively engage in market analysis to drive innovative strategies for property marketing and resident satisfaction.
  • Empower your team, fostering an environment of success and exceeding property occupancy goals.
  • Be the driving force behind competitive market research, maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends.
  • Assist in managing resident communications and retention efforts, supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of community management.
  • Conduct thorough property and apartment inspections, ensuring all spaces meet Reside Living's high standards.
  • Oversee financial aspects of leasing, including deposit accounting and rent collection.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of impactful experience as a Leasing Consultant.
  • Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to teamwork, showing up for each other, and thriving in a leadership-valued environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Yardi.
