Primary Duties
Jobsite LMA - Lead, Manage and hold your jobsite staff accountable.
Jobsite Safety - Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.
Manage the Jobsite Schedule and staffing to ensure that electrical work meets the customer demands and so that the jobsite schedule is not delayed for reasons in your control.
Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.
Efficiently and safely execute the project Scope/Spec by managing the onsite work (boots on the ground).
Ensure that workmanship and quality meets or exceeds company and customers standards.
Jobsite Paperwork - Ensuring your crew is filling out paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
