Joel Richards is currently the Head of Engineering at Reshop since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Head of Engineering at Disputify since January 2021. In 2009, Joel founded JustCharity, an organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive reporting platform. Joel has a strong background in software engineering, having held various positions at companies such as Blackbaud Pacific, Venntro Media Group, and Kyan. Joel obtained a Bsc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol in 2008.
