Damon Vigiolto is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in infrastructure services and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at EZCORP since August 2018, Damon oversees the architecture, engineering, and operations of Infrastructure & Common Application Services. Prior to this role, Damon was an Executive Consultant at Enterprise Vision Technologies, where responsibilities included enhancing operational excellence and aligning IT strategies with business drivers. Damon held significant positions at Guardian Life and ACE Group, managing global infrastructure services and driving enterprise architecture. Additional experience at ING Americas and CIGNA involved leadership in technology services, project management, and operational governance. Damon earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and completed an IT Emerging Leadership Development Program at CIGNA University.
