Nicole Bartel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicole is currently working as a Senior Electronics Engineer at Aprilaire since August 2021. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC starting from June 2013. During their time at Alliance Laundry Systems, they held various positions including Manager of Firmware Development from October 2020 to August 2021, Supervisor of Electronics Development from November 2017 to October 2020, Electronics Design Engineer II from April 2017 to November 2017, and Electronics Design Engineer I from June 2013 to April 2017.

Before joining Alliance Laundry Systems, Nicole worked at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville as a Tutor and Operational Attendant from August 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, they had a Summer Internship at Electronic Theatre Controls from May 2008 to January 2013, where they gained experience in testing PCBs, debugging failures, and working on various projects including troubleshooting problems with RCD Circuit Breakers. Nicole's earliest work experience was as a Banquet Server at Marriott Hotel from May 2006 to May 2012.

Nicole Bartel obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they studied from 2007 to 2013.
